Geshe Tashi Tsering at Fellside Centre, Kendal
Friday Sunday 27th 29th March 2009 Geshe Tashi is resident at Jamyang Buddhist Centre, London, an FPMT Centre of Tibetan Buddhist teachings and activities. Besides teaching at Jamyang he is a regular guest lecturer at other Buddhist centres in the UK and around the world as well as creator and teacher of the Foundation of Buddhist Thought, a two-year course on the basics of Tibetan Buddhism. Geshe Tashi visits us twice a year to teach for the YBC. We are delighted that he is with us again this weekend.
Public Talk Dealing with Destructive Emotions Fri 27th March 2009, 7.30 9pm Just turn up. It is open to and suitable for all. A donation of £5 is requested and there will be refreshments and an opportunity to talk with Geshe Tashi afterwards.
Weekend Course Healing Anger Sat 28th 10 5 & Sun 29th March, 9 2pm Bookings only. Suggested donation £55 (£40 concessions & Friends of YBC). Both days are recommended, but you may come for just one day. Refreshments provided, but please bring lunch.
The Fellside Centre, Low Fellside, Kendal LA9 4NH (up the steps opposite Quiggins, at the All Hallows Lane end of Low Fellside). Free parking available at Booths Car Park.
