Pink Lotus Postage and Payment

UK

• Individual postage prices are given for each item, based on weight.
• If buying more than one item, we only charge one postage cost for the heaviest item purchased, the other items are posted free of charge.
• Postage costs are shown individually for each item, and will be amended at checkout so you only pay for the heaviest item. These costs include for delivery by Royal Mail and will sometimes require a signature on receipt.

Europe.

• Payment will be taken in Euros.
• Individual postage prices are given for each item, based on weight.
• If buying more than one item, we only charge one postage cost for the heaviest item purchased, the other items are posted free of charge. This applies up to a total weight of 2kg. For orders with a combined weight over 2kg we will contact you with details and costs before shipping or deducting any payments.
• Postage costs are shown individually for each item, and will be amended at checkout so you only pay for the heaviest item up to 2kg. These costs include for delivery by Airmail, International Signed For or Airsure, depending on the value of the item. Over 2kg prices are given for courier delivery.

USA and World.

• Payment will be taken in USD.
• Individual postage prices are given for each item, based on weight.
• If buying more than one item, we only charge one postage cost for the heaviest item purchased, the other items are posted free of charge. This applies up to a total weight of 2kg. For orders with a combined weight over 2kg we will contact you with details and costs before shipping or deducting any payments.

Payment methods.

For all transactions we accept credit and debit cards payable in GBP, USD and Euro. This is a secure encrypted web site. However, if you do not wish to input your credit card details, we do take telephone orders. We also accept Paypal. If paying by Paypal, please send payments to mail@pinklotus.co.uk.
