Please read carefully.
All purchases will be dispatched, once payment has cleared, within 3 working days. If in the unlikely event this is not possible we will inform you with immediate effect by email of any delay. All items delivered within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail first class post or “recorded signed for”. All non-UK purchases will be sent by airmail, International signed for or Airsure. International signed for will require a signature on receipt and Airsure will be fully trackable.
Refund, Replacement and Cancellation terms.
Here at Pink Lotus we are fully confident you will be more than happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your purchase in anyway, you may return the item(s) within 5 days of your taking delivery. We will refund the full purchase price and, where the item(s) has been damaged in transit, the cost of your postage.
Alternatively, if you request, we will supply a replacement item(s) instead of a refund, for any damaged goods, once they have been returned to us within 5 days of your taking delivery.
Cancellation of your order can be made before dispatch. Once you order has been dispatched then your purchase price can be refunded, on return of the item, but not any shipping costs. Please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your intent to return the product.
Pink Lotus does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. We fully comply with the data protection laws applicable to the United Kingdom.
